All orders from the USA ship from our warehouse located in Post Falls, Idaho.
Orders from outside the USA ship from our international warehouse and usually arrive at your doorstep within 2 weeks.

*Why My Loop Lasso String Gets Broken?
Loop Lasso strings are designed to be durable and can be used for extended periods without issues. However, they may wear over time due to factors like tangles. When untangling, it's crucial to turn off the motors to avoid excessive tension and rapid wear. Additionally, when changing or replacing strings, handle them gently. With proper care, these strings can last a long time, and replacements are available on our website for various options. *My Loop Lasso's Wheel is Broken. What Should I do?
In rare cases, there have been issues with the wheel falling into the body of the toy when adjusting it, which is not normal. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Despite rigorous quality control, a small percentage of units may encounter such problems. Is the Clicking Noise Normal?
The loop lasso will only have a clicking sound if there's a tiny knot that's created in the string as you're using it. It's really simple to solve. Just turn it off. Find where that tiny knot is and you can oftentimes just pull it apart. That knot comes right undone. And when you turn it back on that clicking noise stops.
