Is Loop Lasso safe for children?

Although the string is shooting out at over 35 miles per hour, it's actually completely safe to touch. Our intelligent power cutoff feature automatically shuts off the motors if there's a tangle or anything else that shouldn't be in between the wheels. And our strings are designed to break under tension. We've had thousands of parents get the Loop Lasso as a gift with no worries. But like anything when it comes to small children, we recommend parental supervision.

Does this glow-in-the-dark?

Yes! Our new and improved Loop Lasso now includes a built-in blacklight which makes the UV-reactive string glow like magic in different colors. So you can now use the Loop Lasso day and night - perfect for concerts, festivals, and more!

Why My Loop Lasso String Gets Broken?

Loop Lasso strings are designed to be durable and can be used for extended periods without issues. However, they may wear over time due to factors like tangles. When untangling, it's crucial to turn off the motors to avoid excessive tension and rapid wear. Additionally, when changing or replacing strings, handle them gently. Refer to other instructional videos for guidance on string replacement and tangle prevention. With proper care, these strings can last a long time, and replacements are available on our website for various options. Developing the necessary skills will contribute to prolonged string usage, as they are generally built to last.

Is the Clicking Noise Normal?

If you hear a clicking sound with your Loop Lasso, rest assured it's entirely normal. The sound occurs due to the special heating process used to join the string ends into a perfect loop. While efforts have been made to make it smooth, occasional clicking may still occur at the fusion point when passing through the wheels. This is not a cause for concern, and your Loop Lasso is functioning correctly. To address the clicking, simply switch out the string for a different one, and you should observe that the clicking sound disappears.
