Holiday Shipping Update

Thank you for being a Loop Lasso customer! We understand that seeing a post-Christmas delivery date is a concern with Christmas approaching. Although USPS tracking may not always show the most current information, many customers have received their packages earlier than the expected tracking date. We remain hopeful that all orders will arrive on time as well.

We’ve had to deal with significant challenges due to a recent DHL workers strike, which has rippled across our most critical logistics operations and caused a devastating 2-week delay in us receiving our stock.

Despite this, we’ve been extremely proactive in shipping all orders promptly and have upgraded all shipping using expedited USPS Priority 2-day service, to maximize the chances of a pre-Christmas delivery for all of our customers.

Our warehouse team has worked tirelessly to ship your Loop Lasso in line with these guidelines. If any delays occur past the estimated date, they would be due to USPS’s handling during this exceptionally busy period. We trust USPS to honor their posted delivery commitments and are monitoring this closely.

While we strive for timely deliveries, we kindly request your patience as we cannot process refunds until after Christmas. However, we are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will keep you informed throughout.
